Unbiased random selection
Every pack is shuffled with a cryptographically secure random number generator (Node.js crypto), so no outcome is weighted or hand-picked. The seed behind each shuffle is committed as a hash before the pack goes on sale and revealed once it's fully opened — so you can check for yourself that the pack's contents and their order were locked in up front and never changed.

Provably Fair
A pack's card order is fixed by a server seed we commit to — as a hash — before anyone opens, and reveal once the pack is fully opened. Here's the model, and what it does and doesn't prove.
When a pack goes live, our server generates a secret seed and publishes its hash + the assignment hash — locked in before anyone opens.
The seed deterministically shuffles the pack's card order. That order is fixed at publish — we can't reorder, swap, or remove a card once selling starts.
Once the pack is fully opened, the original seed is revealed, so the hash you saw earlier proves it was never swapped.
