Pack Labz provides a digital pack opening experience where users can purchase and open virtual packs containing digital trading cards. All cards remain digital assets within our platform and have no guaranteed monetary value outside of our ecosystem.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Purchases and Credits

All purchases of credits are final. Credits are used to open packs and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify credit packages and pricing at any time.

5. Virtual Items

Cards and other virtual items obtained through pack openings are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You do not own these items outright; rather, you have a limited license to use them within our Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Exploit bugs or glitches in the Platform
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Sell or transfer your account to others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to card designs, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Pack Labz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pack Labz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
