Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pack Labz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Pack Labz sells packs containing physical trading cards. You add funds to your account, use that balance to purchase a pack, and receive a card selected at random from that pack’s disclosed pool. The card is determined at the moment of purchase; the on-screen reveal is a presentation of a result that has already been decided, and does not change it.

Each pack discloses its rarity tiers and pull rates before you buy. Outcomes are provably fair and can be independently verified after the fact on our verification page.

Cards you receive are real, individually identified items with real market value that varies by card and changes over time. Pack Labz does not guarantee that any card is worth the price of the pack, and does not guarantee any future value. After opening a pack you may request physical delivery of your card, sell it back to Pack Labz for account credit, consign it for sale, or delete it, as described in Section 4a.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Purchases and Account Balance

Deposits are intended to be final. We do not offer ad-hoc refunds on deposited funds once they have been used to open a pack. We do, however, operate the following structured refund and payout flows described in Section 4a below. We reserve the right to modify deposit options and pricing at any time.

4a. Refunds, Instant Offer, and Consignment

Pack Labz offers three value-return paths for cards you pull. All are optional; you may choose to keep any card in your digital inventory indefinitely instead.

• Instant Offer. Pack Labz buys pulled cards back at a transparent, published percentage of fair market value. The dollars appear in your balance immediately. Once accepted the sale is final; the card returns to our inventory pool.
• Consignment. We list eligible cards on eBay on your behalf. Net proceeds after platform fees are paid to your declared payout method. Consignment listings can be cancelled before a sale; once sold, the sale is final.
• Shipping. You may pay shipping to receive the physical card. Orders can be cancelled prior to label generation; once a label is created, shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks and disputes. If a deposit is disputed or reversed by your card issuer, we may debit the refunded amount from your balance and restrict account features until the chargeback is resolved.

4b. Founding Offers

Founding offers are available only while the applicable promotion is active. The welcome and referral offers additionally require you to confirm ownership of your waitlist email and to create and verify a Pack Labz account using that same email address; the Sweat-Free first pack does not require a waitlist entry.

• Welcome offer. An eligible account may redeem the welcome offer once, on its first qualifying pack purchase. The discount is up to $15 and every purchase has a minimum charge of 1¢.
• Referral offer. A $10 promotional balance reward is earned once a valid friend confirms through your referral link and has paid at least $10.00 in total, after discounts, across their completed pack purchases. Only amounts paid from their own funds count — promotional credit and discounts do not. Their spending may accumulate over any number of purchases. Self-referrals, referral cycles of any length, duplicate-account abuse, and other attempts to manipulate the offer are prohibited. If refunds later bring their total below $10.00, the reward may be removed.
• Sweat-Free first pack.On your first completed pack purchase, if the card you receive is listed at less than the cash you paid for that pack, we credit the difference to your promotional balance and you keep the card. The comparison uses the card's listed value and the amount actually paid from your own funds for that one pack — promotional credit and discounts applied to the purchase are not counted as amounts paid. The guarantee applies to one pack on your first purchase only, and is used up by that purchase whether or not it results in a credit. It pays promotional balance, which is subject to the restrictions below, and never cash.
• Promotional balance.Promotional credit may be applied to pack purchases only — it cannot pay for shipping or any other charge, is not withdrawable, and is not redeemable for cash. Promotional credit expires 90 days after it is granted (the expiry date is shown when credit is granted and in your account); expired credit is removed and cannot be restored. Promotional balance remains subject to the Platform's existing balance, purchase, dispute, and account restrictions.

We may change or end these offers prospectively. A reward already validly earned and credited will not be clawed back solely because the promotion later changes or ends.

5. Ownership of Cards

When you open a pack, the card allocated to you is yours. Pack Labz holds it on your behalf until you tell us what to do with it. You may request physical delivery at any time, subject to our shipping terms and to the card not already being committed to another action, such as an open consignment listing.

Cards held on your behalf are stored and insured by Pack Labz. Physical delivery is currently available to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are shown before you confirm a delivery request.

Pack Labz retains ownership of the Platform itself — our software, branding, images, and site content — as described in Section 7. That is separate from your ownership of the cards you receive.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the Platform
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Sell or transfer your account to others

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to card designs, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Pack Labz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pack Labz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
